Very easy application process, however this changed as soon as I was invited for the first interview. The company is a complete ghost, so it's impossible to prepare for the interview, apparently so that their systems don't get copied (very high profile medical care) The first interview went well, the second interview was ok, but a bit intimidating. Then I was invited to an audio typing test as part of the process, but was not told what type of software it was required and they did not ask if I had the software needed to carry this out, so I had to stop the dictation with the mouse, which is not ideal, the dictation was not clear and it was sent out late for the task. I didn't get the job and received personalised feedback, but this was incongruous.
