Reed getting me the job was such a smooth process, Informative, supportive and just perfectly on point. The issues was that the employment contract was never expressed to me as being through a group called "focused" for payments. Between Reed and this secondary group "focused" I ended up spending up to 4 hours every week leasing with them over these things ; Underpayments, Overpayments, too much tax, not paid on time, too much national insurance, Paying self employment tax. This was completely unstructured and left me without the correct amount of money for weeks. Reed when contacting them would simply get me to contact focused and vice versa. Reed very rarely would solve the issues that was theirs to solve. However once I had a full time contract This was improved dramatically. Moral of the story, make sure you know exactly how payments will work through this company.
