Hugely inefficient
Had a number of interim contracts. Onbaording takes 3 weeks+. They have never met target start date which means as the worker, I am out of pocket. Onboarding asks for repitition of same employment history everytime. Not as if I have gone back in time and changed my work history. Poor comms, poor service and hugely inefficient. The company is Alexander Mann Solutions
