On-Ramps has represented a number of opportunities that have been 1) of extreme interest to me and 2) closely aligned with my professional job experience. The positions were at the lower end of the pay scale which is fine for me as I have made enough money to live on earlier in life. On-Ramps never takes the time to learn about candidates and never respond to requests or updates. In the two experiences I have with them, I was ghosted on the first and received a three sentence "no thanks" five months after my initial application.
