My role is that of a Project Accountant. I started my work journey with your consultancy, and from the beginning, you helped me understand the company’s internal process. Next Employment is always open to ideas and suggestions. MS is an excellent professional and his expertise as a managing consultant is considerable. I highly recommend him and would love to work with him again. His ability to tackle any problem is remarkable and with a warm smile.

Next Employment have been amazing in helping me throughout the different stages of my career. I signed up with them in 2008 and within 2-3 weeks they placed me with a well-known company that I stayed with for 11 years. They also helped me in 2019 when I was made redundant due to company re-structuring, and they placed me with my old company as a contractor. My experience with them has been brilliant, and they have supported me throughout my career and even during the uncertain times that we are in now during the pandemic.

Actuarial & Analytics Graduate Scheme
The whole process took around one month to complete with a telephone interview, virtual interview, tests and then an assessment centre. The whole process went smoothly and efficiently and every step was explained in detail by the recruiter (E). Feedback was given throughout in areas where our application or CV could be improved which was extremely helpful and if any issues arose in any step, they were quickly resolved! Would definitely recommend this recruiter to friends and family!

EL was amazing
I had interviews with EL for the TMK graduate scheme. She was a fantastic interviewer - made me feel really comfortable and was so easy to talk to, which allowed me to properly convey my skills and abilities.
I ended up accepting another job offer before I could attend the assessment centre, but this was just due to timings.

EL was fantastic
EL really made my experience in this process so easy through her kindness and transparency. She was there every step of the way, explaining each stage and allowing time for all candidates to ask questions on a personal bases. She took time to get to know me and allowed me to feel confident in my abilities.
I would love to work with EL again.

TMK Grad Scheme
I really enjoyed working with EL and Next Employment throughout the process. I found that EL has an excellent understanding of the role, company and conveys this to us grads very enthusiastically.
Furthermore, EL was very helpful with any questions and was always quick to respond to any queries that I had. I hope to work with EL and Next Employment in the future.

A great experience from the off
My experience of applying for a position with Tokio Marine Kiln on their Underwriting graduate scheme was made so simple and enjoyable by EL.

I first came spoke with EL in December 2020 with regards to the Broking Graduate Scheme at Amwins.
EL is a friendly, honest and knowledgeable individual, who has been very sincere and committed in helping me, since the very first day we spoke.

Best recruitment firm around
