A recruiter reached out to me on behalf of Merck for a senior position, after an initial 1 hour phone screening I was informed that there would be a further interview and opportunity to discuss the role in more detail.
Despite several attempts to schedule a follow up, all correspondence was ignored and several months (!) later I received an automated rejection email.
