Interviewer turned up 5 mins late, had camera off, cut the interview time from 30 mins to 13 mins, due to schedule apparently. It was just so awkward and felt rather uncomfortable. It was zero respect, I'd have preferred they rescheduled if they could not commit what was outlined in the invitation to the first round stage process. It was a direct approach, no agency. It was literally the worst I have ever felt and the worst experience I have ever had in any process for any interview and I have attended enough over the years and more so in the current climate over the past 18 months with the new way of interviewing since the pandemic.
