Fairplay Afterschool Club was a place I worked on a gap year. I worked in 2 of the 5 afterschool clubs run by Fairplay. The interview process was outstanding as I was completely kept in the loop. throughout, Training modules offered to learn even before conformation of the job. The training, The staffing and the environment was more than amazing. Everyone's welling was taken into consideration as they understood that everyone's lives and needs were different. It was always a fun environment for the kids and the staff and I would recommend anyone to work for this company.
