Poor communication
Contacted about a role on LinkedIn. Gave some time to call and took over a day for a response. Once a call was set up, I was ready at the time. The call came in 5-10 minutes later than expected. The call provided little to no additional information. I was told that they would follow up with more details on the posting. They took down my email and I never received any more contact from them. I followed up a day later and got no response.
