NM is the worst recruiter I have ever come across.  She spent the past year advertising job ads for Dentsu, encouraging people to apply, to which I consistently did, and never got a response. After a year of stone cold silence I messaged her, as its likely my application was lost amongst thousands and that's understandable. She responded to my message, but was immediately dismissive for no good reason- I was friendly and a genuinely a great candidate which suitable experience. She made it clear that she didn't want to give me the time of day before even giving me a chance, and said things that didn't make any sense. After responding once she ignored me for a month, and then when I followed her up, her replies were impatient and she grew irritated.  I don't know why she is so angry about having to do her literal job.  Overall she was rude, abrasive, dismissive, and reflected the company terrible. Not to mentions she is making them miss out on great candidates by refusing to work with them. To conclude, she is the rudest, most unresponsive, unhelpful recruiter I have ever met.
