This company provides supported living assistance for vulnerable adults in social care.  The overall objectives are met at a very high cost to the staff.  Each establishment is understaffed, overworked and underpaid. The management in place does not comply with equality, diversity or inclusion policies. The management predominately from a white British background are often racist and prejudicial and mistreat the agency staff that are often required to be called out due to the high staff turnover and sick leave.
