This was a lovely job I acquired due to covid, The staff were lovely and as much support as I needed was given. Only downside which was unpreventable is it was completely remote working from the get go. I never had a sit down training session so I had to learn everything through a computer with video call guidance which sometimes isn't the most beneficial way but at this point in time nothing further could be done to prevent this. The Interview process was over teams too but was very structured and enjoyable.
