BB assured me with broken promises that he would submit me in the morning and I submitted my resume that night. For weeks I was unable to reach him via email or voicemail. It was when I called the ethics line twice that was finally able to get a response back that my resume was not submitted and the deadline had passed. I lost out on an opportunity to get back into Microsoft under a different managment that was genuine knew what they were doing. An opportunity I am still heavily pursuing with other companies.
