Nice job, Staff not so nice.
The Job itself was extremely well put together, The process, the systems and the management of peoples times. The training was extremely understandable and the time management for each staff member was non pressurised when learning. The company as a whole was extremely welcoming. Unfortunately my personal experience was within my team, longer employed staff members had a habit of internal bullying with no reason. When attempting to discuss with management nothing further came from it. This meant my time at Accora was more stress then it was worth as it became more of a concern of going into the office and facing these people than the actual work and nothing was done regarding it as I'm convinced the manager was even intimidated by his own employees due to the "clickyness" of their friendship group. Now that I am older I have come to realise how bad this working environment was for someone as young as I was.
