Interesting
The interview process was over teams for the stores role , offered the job almost immediately. The Job itself was not difficult and training modules were offered for health and safety. I was shadowing another member of staff for a couple weeks which was very beneficial to learn the process well. However this process changed half way through and we had to re learn the entire process again. Once I got into the swing of work things took a bad turn. I was constantly stuck doing the exact same job that no one else wanted to do even though my job was meant to be multiple things. The Job I kept doing was constant physical work where as other people got to sit down. My medical took a turn for the worst and instead of offering me to do the other computer job that i should have been doing some of the time anyway, I was still doing the same physical jobs no one wanted to do. This led to me becoming even more exhausted and more sick and when asking staff why I'm the one doing it they said "Because I don't want too". The manager also was very keen to pinpoint out things I had not even done wrong, at one point going as far to call me a liar regarding a certain job i had done but he thought otherwise. The constant nitpicking made me very anxious to make any little mistakes however If they made the mistakes it was acceptable. It was very much a one thing for them and one thing for me. Finally, The training itself was confusing as the manager would show me certain ways to do things then other staff show me other ways and these were clashing leading to me getting into trouble.
